The R&D Center of Shandong Dongke is located in Qingdao, which has an independent scientific research laboratory covers more than 2,000 square meters, equipped with a wide variety of large-scale instruments and equipment, including: twin screw extruder, internal mixer, UV accelerated weathering test chamber, TGA, DSC, melt index meter, high speed mixer, ball mill, injection molding machine, experimental CCL press, thermal aging test box, colorimeter, LOI meter, horizontal and vertical combustion meter, automatic potentiometric titrator, laser particle size analyzer, gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry, etc. On the other hand, the R&D center has carried out in-depth cooperation with various universities and scientific research institutes, and have advanced scientific research conditions, including emission transmission electron microscope (Talos F200X G2 type), high-resolution scanning electron microscope (Nova Nano SEM450 high-resolution scanning electron microscope), electron probe (JXA -8230 type), X-ray diffractometer (D/Max 2500PC type), atomic force microscope (MULTIMODE8 type), laser thermal conductivity meter (LFA-457 laser thermal conductivity meter), etc. After years of development, the R&D team has now become a comprehensive R&D center integrating organic synthesis, new material preparation, flame retardant modification, and polymer material performance testing.
